We manage capacity by combining adviser expertise with the support of digital planning tools, making the service both efficient and scalable. By streamlining much of the review and planning work, we free our advisers to focus on building and maintaining client relationships. This combination allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality service to every client, while creating the capacity to support many more clients than a traditional model would allow. Our ethos is to use technology to increase efficiencies, but always with a human in the loop.  

2) How does Enhance generate revenue while working with lower-portfolio clients?

Our service blends regulated advice with digital planning tools that make the process more engaging and efficient. Clients receive clear, personalised financial plans that help them understand their financial future in line with their goals and aspirations. By building a personalised financial plan for each client, we help them understand their current situation, their future goals and how they can get there. Clients can then speak to an adviser should they wish to undertake and implement any of the recommendations in their plan. This efficiency supports far more clients than the standard model allows, freeing your firm to focus on higher-value relationships. 

3) Why does Enhance work with clients who fall below an adviser’s minimum portfolio size?

Enhance was created to help bridge the financial advice gap. We work with no lower limit thresholds, which means that no client is turned away based on portfolio size. Our model ensures every client feels valued and supported, while freeing your firm to focus on those who need more complex, higher-value planning. 

4) Will Enhance compete with my business in any way?

No. Enhance is designed to complement your firm, not compete with it. We support lower-portfolio clients so that you can dedicate more time and resources to growing your business and serving higher-value relationships.

We present the move as a partnership between Enhance and your firm. Clients are reassured that they are being placed into the right service for their needs and that their long-term relationship with you is respected and protected. 

6) What level of service will my clients receive from Enhance?

Every client transferred to Enhance receives a comprehensive service, including: 
– An introductory call with a regulated adviser 
– A personalised financial plan created in video format by a Lifetime coach 
– An onboarding meeting with a regulated adviser 
– Access to monthly webinars, newsletters and Q&A sessions 
– Full access to the client service team during office hours 
– Communication via call, chat, email or video 
– Use of the Lifetime Financial Wellbeing App and its resources with no additional subscription costs 
– An annual review with a detailed investment pack, summary video and full meeting with a regulated adviser 
– Access to specialist advisers as needed 

7) Will my clients’ fees change when they move to Enhance?

No. Clients who are transferred to Enhance remain on the same fees they were paying previously. 

8) Is there a transfer fee for clients moving across to Enhance?

No. There are no fees for clients to move from your firm to Enhance. 

9) How many adviser firms currently partner with Enhance?

We are currently working with over 20 IFA firms. 

10) Can I visit Enhance and meet the team in person?

Yes. Our head office in South Yorkshire is always open to adviser partners who would like to meet the team and learn more about how we work.
